SHIPPING

Delivery times for orders may range from 7-12 days. While many orders arrive sooner, the actual delivery time depends on the immediate availability of the items ordered. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not currently offered.

We currently ship to the United States and the following countries: Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates remain consistent for both domestic and international orders.

Earths Keepers Inc., cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please reach out directly to the carrier. Once the carrier has possession of the order, it is beyond our visibility. Unfortunately, Earths Keepers Inc., is unable to replace items lost or stolen without charge. However, we are committed to providing assistance to the best of our ability.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during major holidays. It's important to understand that our small staff does not operate on these days, allowing them the opportunity to spend time with their families.

• Kindly be aware that during sales and promotions, processing times may be extended due to a higher volume of orders. Please anticipate up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during these periods. Our commitment is to dispatch orders promptly, and we will inform you of any significant delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders will be dispatched using USPS First Class International. Please be aware that the standard delivery time is typically 10-15 days from the shipment date, potentially longer depending on your country. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking and customs confirmation number, indicating acceptance by the post office for international shipment.

Once an order leaves our facility, we relinquish responsibility for mail delays, as certain unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control (such as Covid-19 regulations, customs delays, etc.).

​

Customs fees vary by country, and the customer is solely accountable for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
