EARTH'S KEEPERS INC. RETURN POLICY:

NOTICE OF SALE TERMS: ALL SALES FINAL; NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDIT SHALL BE GRANTED.

WITHIN 3 DAYS‼️ BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. STORE CREDIT ONLY; NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. RETURNS SHALL BE HONORED STRICTLY IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY.

EXCHANGES

Merchandise must maintain an unworn and unwashed state, inclusive of all tags, including hangtags. Items marred by damage, wear, soiling, or lacking proper tags are ineligible for return.

Refunds for return exceptions will be issued in the form of store credit, provided as a Earths Keepers Inc., E-Gift Code.

These credits are processed within 7-10 business days from the delivery of your item(s) to us.

The approval of exceptions is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of our leadership team, taking into consideration inventory, current shipping times, and the availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible for exchange. Items marked explicitly as "Final Sale" are exempt from the return policy.

We retain the authority to decline exchanges not in compliance with stipulated requirements, encompassing indications of wear, fragrances, and exposure to smoke.

The onus of shipping fees for returning orders to Earth's Keepers Inc., rests with the customer.

Shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

We diligently scrutinizes all items pre-shipment. The probability of receiving damaged merchandise is minimal. Nevertheless, should items exhibit signs of wear or exposure to smoke upon return, a store credit shall be withheld.

 Earths Keepers Inc., will notify you of any order modifications through an email sent to the address used for placing the order. Refunds for unavailable or cancelled items will be issued in the form of an E-gift Code.

Adding discount codes to orders after placement is not possible with Earths Keepers Inc.. Additionally, only one code can be applied to a single order.
